How spicy is it?
You choose the flavour, so you choose the heat. Buldak is extremely hot; Dak Gang Jeong and Yang-Yum are sweet-spicy; Soy Garlic, H.B.G, Kalbi, Salt and Pepper and Honey Combo are mild. Boxes let you mix flavours (up to 2 in the #1 Box, up to 4 in the #2 Box).
What is Dakgangjeong?
닭강정 — bite-size Korean fried chicken, fried in tallow and tossed in a sticky glaze so it stays crunchy under the sauce. Fresh chicken, never frozen, made this way since 1990.
